· Close your eyes and picture yourself near a mountain stream.
· This is your own secret place, no one else knows of its location.
· You are totally secluded from that hectic, stressful place called "the
world".
· Birds are softly singing in the cool mountain air.
· The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade
of serenity.
· The water in the stream is clear and you can easily make out the face
of the person you are holding under the water.
